SHEFFIELD, PA
Located in the heart of Appalachian oil country in northwestern Pennsylvania, the Sheffield Terminal serves as home base for Prop'N Rail and parent D&I. This facility primarily caters to the historic oil-producing basin supplying 20/40 and coarser frac sand for open-hole completions. Recently expanded, this facility has become an increasingly important terminal for 30/50 and finer proppants for slickwater applications.

BRADFORD, PA
Located in northwestern Pennsylvania, the Bradford Terminal is only 70 miles from Buffalo, NY and a short drive from the corporate office. This facility serves both open-hole and slickwater applications from both rail-based and customer-specific bulk storage silos.

DRIFTWOOD, PA
Located in a remote region of western and northcentral Pennsylvania, the Driftwood Terminal is one of our newer locations being developed Winter 2010 to primarily supply slickwater applications within a 50 miles radius of the site. The terminal is intended to provide customers with reductions in terminal-to-well truck miles, cost and time.

KITTANNING, PA
Located in western Pennsylvania only 40 miles from Pittsburgh, the Kittanning Terminal serves both the traditional oil and unconventional gas markets. With the addition of new rail and bulk handling equipment, this site is ideally located to supply western Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio and portions of West Virginia.

PITTSTON, PA
Located in northeastern Pennsylvania just a short drive from Scranton, the Pittston Terminal is an exceptional 30/50, 40/70 and 100 mesh proppant supply resource for unconventional gas operations due to its size and extensive rail capacity. In addition to thousands of feet of upgraded track and rehabilitated staging areas, Pittston will be undergoing substantial bulk storage additions.

WELLSBORO, PA
Located in northcentral Pennsylvania in the heart of Marcellus shale activity, the Wellsboro Terminal is our original large volume facility serving the unconventional shale gas market with predominantly 30/50, 40/70 and 100 mesh sand as well as limited volumes of 20/40. This facility is continuously undergoing expansion, including thousands of feet of new track and multiple bulk storage facilities.

BINGHAMTON, PA
Located in the southern tier of New York, and just north of the Pennsylvania border, the Binghamton Terminal is currently our most northeastern facility. With ample rail siding and close accessibility to NY 17 and Interstates 81, 86, and 88, the facility will cater to existing Marcellus shale activity in Pennsylvania and, eventually, New York.

DENNISON, OH
Located in Tuscarawas County in eastern Ohio, the Dennison Terminal is approximately a one hour drive southwest of the Minerva operation. The Dennison Terminal offers excellent access to OH 250 and Interstates 70, 76 and 77 to serve both Utica and Marcellus shale activity.

MINERVA, OH
Located in Carroll County in eastern Ohio, the Minerva terminal is in the heart of some of the more promising Utica shale opportunities. Planned to be a high capacity operation, Minerva currently has the ability to stage over 500 railcars and, by early 2012, an initial 8,000 tons of silo capacity were already on order.
